Admissions & Services

  We wholeheartedly welcome you to our Institution

We provide all types of services like admission procedure, filling up of online registration, coaching, study materials, follow up instructions, etc. to all applicants who joins our institution to study SSLC/+2(Pre-Degree)/Degree and Post Graduate level courses from NIOS, University of Calicut and Kannur University under Distance Education, within the regulations of the concerned University/board. Subject-wise details of courses and eligibility are mentioned in our Prospectus (Malayalam/English language) which is available on request.

Those who want to join our institution should obtain the Prospectus and application form from our office and go through the contents of the Prospectus . After filling the form, the same should be submitted to office with necessary coaching fees. Alternatively, application form can be downloaded from our website and send the filled in, signed, application form together with copies of certificates and payment to our office address( Download Application Form).

Upon enrollment, the student will be given a personal ID card with details marked thereon. They should not misuse the ID for any illegal purpose. They should return the ID card to the office upon completion of the course.

Our charges for coaching classes will be very minimum. Initial first time payment made by the applicant is valid only for the first time examination. If the applicant want to use our services for the subsequent examinations, he/she should inform us in writing and also agree to pay the additional charges. This is also applicable to absentees of the examinations and failed candidates who wish to appear for the supplementary examinations.
All examination fees, charges, etc. charged by the University/board must be paid extra.

As soon as University/board announces for registration of a particular course, we will inform the applicants in advance for the procedure to be followed and documents required by the University/board. Applicants must submit all the documents in original required by the University/Board together with examination fees personally or by registered post.

We will be making the University Registration in the name of the individual students only. The original documents(certificate) will be returned to the students from the respective Universities/ Boards according to their existing rules.

Method of Payment: Payment can be made by Money order or Crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of “New Calicut Arts College’ payable at any branches of Nationalised bank at KANNUR. Cheques will not be accepted. Persons from abroad can also send Draft in favour of ‘New Calicut Arts College’ payable at any branches of Nationalised bank at KANNUR.

Maintaining of Decorum: The student must keep up utmost decorum in classes and they are expected to behave well with faculty, staff, fellow students in a cordial manner within and outside campus .

The Director reserves the right to take appropriate action against the erring students and anyone who violates the rules and regulations of the college will be expelled and no refund of fees will be made in such cases. The decision of the Director in this regard is to be taken as final.
Disputes: In case of any disputes, the jurisdiction of Kannur Court shall only apply.
